VCF Juvenil A kicks off Copa de Campeones Final Four week this Monday, ahead of their semifinal clash with Real Madrid CF on Wednesday, May 28 at 8:00 PM. The Final Four brings together the four teams that advanced from the quarterfinal stage.
Following their final training session on Monday, Óscar Sánchez's squad will travel to Ponferrada, host city of this Final Four, which will be held at El Toralín Stadium, with a capacity of 8,000 spectators.
The path of VCF Juvenil A
The VCF Juvenil A, champions of Group VII in the División de Honor, reached this Final Four of the Copa de Campeones after a dramatic quarterfinal comeback against FC Barcelona. After trailing in the second leg, they scored three goals in six minutes to tie the match 3-3 and clinch qualification in a thrilling penalty shootout.
